The purchase job orders parameters allow the basic setting in order to manage correctly and according to specific request of every single company.

The ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions. The possible features list is the following:

Restore ParametersIt enables the user to restore parameters to the initial values.

#1.1 General Tab

FunctionMeaning
Compulsory ExecutionWhen it is set and the user is located on header of Purchase Order, the user can pass to items tab automatically and in this way it is possible to open an Execution from Job Order form. For this reason the user is obliged to execute opened job orders regarding the specified order.
Compulsory Items Execution from Job OrderWhen it is set and some items are inserted on items tab, it is possible to control that the item is located in a predefined vendor job order.
Fixed QuantityWhen it is set, it is not possible to execute the job order for an higher quantity compared to the one inserted on job order.
